DELIVERY & RETURNS

EXPRESS DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All orders with Paloma are Express Posted so that you get your items as quickly as possible. Our flat rate delivery cost is $9.95 for all orders under $250. Orders over $250 receive FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY. 

Please place your order before 1pm AEST Monday to Friday to ensure you receive your items within 1-3 business days (for major metro areas and capital cities). Orders placed after 1pm AEST will be sent the following business day. 

Please note Express Delivery may not be available in your region. To find out if your address qualifies for Express Post please check with Australia Post here (sent from 4152). 

In the unlikely instance that your order is unable to be fulfilled, we will contact you with 1-3 business days to advise you of your full refund (via original payment method). 

 

DELIVERY FAQ

How long does delivery take?

If you have placed your order before 1pm Monday to Friday, you will return your parcel within 1-3 business days from the following day. 

Can I cancel an order after I've placed it?

If you have changed your mind after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible on 07 3395 2276. In some instances it may not be possible to cancel your order. 

Can I change my delivery address after I've placed an order?

Please ensure you double check your delivery address before submitting your order. If you have provided the wrong delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible on 07 3395 2276. If the order has order been finalised, it may not be possible to change your delivery address. Paloma does not accept responsibility for lost parcels delivered to the provided address. 

Can I track my order?

Yes! You will receive an email with a tracking number after placing your order. 

What if I'm not available to sign for my order?

If no one is available to sign for your order, Australia Post will leave a collection notice detailing where to collect your order. If your parcel is not collected before the final date, it will be returned to Paloma and we will be in touch to let you know. You will be responsible for the additional shipping fee to have your order re-delivered to you. You may choose to have your ordered refunded less the original $9.95 shipping fee. 

Do you deliver to PO Boxes and Post Offices?

Yes, as all deliveries will be made via Auspost. 

I haven't received my order 

If you have not received your order and it has been more than three business days since it was dispatched, please contact us on 07 3395 2276 or admin@palomaboutique.com.au so that we can lodge an investigation with Auspost on your behalf.  

 

ONLINE RETURNS

We trust you will love your purchase as much as we do, however if for some reason you are not entirely satisfied, please note our Online Refund Policy as detailed below. If you have purchased an item in-store, you will be subject to our in-store return policy. 

Online Refund Policy

For any items you are not satisfied with, we are happy to offer you a refund*, exchange or in-store credit provided that:

1) You have contacted us to arrange a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your online purchase
2) You have followed through with the requested refund or exchange by return posting or bringing your item/s in-store within 14 days of receiving your online order, or by the due date as arranged with Paloma Boutique. 

Any refunds or exchanges require a copy of your original email receipt. All items must be received in their original unworn condition, unwashed along with all tags to receive an exchange or in-store credit. 

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you have the right to ask for a replacement, in-store credit or refund if there any major problems with your purchase. 

Exceptions

  • For hygiene reasons we cannot accept any returns on pierced jewellery unless faulty
  • Any goods purchased at a discounted price is a 'final sale' and therefore not eligible for a refund
  • Gift cards
  • Any item/s without an eligible receipt 

In-store

You can bring your full price items in store for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the criteria above.

Shipping**

To return your product via post, please carefully package your items and to: Shop 8/ 25 Samuel Street, Camp Hill Queensland AU 4152. Please note you will be responsible for any damages incurred during postage, and we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if items are received in a damaged or poor condition. 

Please note:

*Returns for 'change of mind' are available for online purchases only. Any items purchased in-store are subject to our in-store Returns Policy and therefore may only be exchanged for another item or in-store credit. 

**Shipping costs are non-refundable and do not qualify for in-store credit. If you receive a refund, Paloma reserves the right to deduct the cost from your refund. If you are return shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not take any responsibility for the item not reaching us.
